You can make forex channel indicator by using the same way in making trend lines. Upward channel is made of 2 lines with the same upward corners by connecting some supports and some resistances. It goes the same way for downward channel and sideways cannel.

With the help of forex channel indicator, it is likely for forex traders to do a more efficient and safe transaction. It is said to be efficient if the forex traders can place the channel on the right and safe position, because by doing so, traders are able to identify the price movement limitation.
